Installing it

Open the downloaded file. Windows may say “Windows protected your PC” — click More info, then Run anyway. That appears because the app is new to Windows, not because anything is wrong with it. It installs just for you, with no administrator password, and appears in the Start menu as Topics Archive.

The app tells us when it's in use, so we know how many people have it and which version they run — see the privacy policy.
